International Planner Experience Designed To Generate Visibility, Relationships & Future Business Opportunities

WEMA 72 is a curated industry experience designed to introduce your property directly to international destination wedding planners and influential photo/video professionals.

During a three-day hosted stay, selected buyers experience your venue exactly as wedding guests would — through a carefully designed scenario that allows them to understand the property, its atmosphere and its potential for destination celebrations.

WEMA manages the full professional side of the project: selection of participants, communication, program structure and coordination of the visiting industry professionals.

Scope of WEMA Services

International Planner Selection
Curated selection and recommendation of 8 destination wedding planners based on your preferred markets, cultures and typical event size.
Each profile includes: company name, planner contact, website, Instagram, geolocation, markets served and event specialization.

Industry Influencer Selection
Recommendation of 2 international photo or video professionals who also act as respected influencers within the wedding industry.

Participant Management
Full communication and coordination with all approved participants prior to the trip, including invitations, registration and collection of travel details.

Buyer Liaison
