Awards Process
Stage 1: Application
This is the first step for all nominees. Applicants must complete the application form, which includes providing a bio and showcasing their work (photos, videos, or project links) in the relevant category. This is the stage where talent, creativity, and professionalism shine, as the application will be reviewed for eligibility and category fit.
- What you’ll need:
- A brief bio and professional background.
- Portfolio showcasing recent work in the relevant category.
- Proof of eligibility (e.g., proof of location for region-specific categories).
- How to apply:
- Fill out the online application form on the WEMA Circle Awards platform.
- Pay the registration fee of 25 EUR to complete your application.
- Get the letter of approval
Stage 2: Public Voting
- Takes place on weddingvenuesdirectory.com.
- One vote per person per category.
- Voting period: [to be defined].
The results of the voting will show the circle of support of each participant. Each of the participants can promote this voting on his/her digital & social media platforms
Stage 3: WEMA Pro Club Jury Voting
- Top 3 public voting finalists per category move on.
- Private voting by verified WEMA Pro Club experts.
- One vote per jury member per category.
Stage 4: Awards announcement
Winners announced live at the WEMA Circle Awards ceremony at one of WEMA events 2025 + featured in WED PRO DIGEST.
Participation Rules
- Applicants can nominate themselves. They can’t be nominated by others.
- Registration fee: 25 EUR (required for participation).
- Nominees must match the category’s geographical or professional scope.
- One entry per person/business per category type (e.g. only one submission for “Best Wedding Planner”).
- Must submit a short bio + Instagram link + website link + high-quality portrait photo.
- Organizers reserve the right to verify any information submitted.
- The 3 finalists in each category are entitled to join the WEMA Circle Awards Ceremony (Gala dinner ticket – 250€ per person)
The winner in each category gets the unique WEMA Circle Awards Cup.
Terms & Disqualification
- By entering, nominees accept all rules and terms, and give the permission to use their private data.
- Any manipulation of votes, false information, or unethical behavior = immediate disqualification.
- Organizers reserve the right to adapt timelines or terms in case of unforeseen situations (with proper notice to participants).
